Tutorial - How to Navigate the Student Planners

  1. Go to the student planner page
  2. To navigate to a student planner for another student, you may get to a drop down box with the students enrolled in your family by clicking the student name visible at the very top left corner of your browser.
  3. At the very top are a series of tabs, click on those to view the specific courses the student is enrolled in.
  4. Click on the words "Learing Plan" or "Info" to minimize that column. When minimized, the grey column headers will only contain one letter "L" or "I" accordingly. Click on the letter to view the column content again. Column will resize depending on how many columns are selected.
  5. On the grey column header bars, you will find a small white box on the right hand side. Click on that box to toggle the up/down scroll bars that are in the sections of that column. So if you like to see all the content, even when it is very long, you may toggle the scroll bars off and that will make the section as long as the content before being able to see the next blue section header bar.
  6. You will see a series of blue section header bars. To view content of a section, click on a blue bar to drop down the content. Sections can be toggled open and closed as you like. You will find that some sections are defaulted to be open as soon as you enter a learning plan, they can easily be toggled closed, others are defaulted to be closed and can be easily toggled open.
